These terms govern your use of vapedeliverymumbai.com and orders placed with Vape Delivery Mumbai.
1. Agreement
By browsing the site, messaging us, or placing an order request, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Replacement & Refund Policy.
2. Adults only
You must be of legal age to purchase nicotine products in your location. You confirm that you meet this requirement. We may request proof of age at delivery and may refuse the order if it cannot be verified.
3. Products
We list disposable vapes and related products for information and ordering via WhatsApp. Product images and descriptions are for guidance; minor variations in packaging may occur. Stock is confirmed only in the WhatsApp chat.
Nicotine is highly addictive. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Keep products away from children and pets.
4. Orders and payment
The website does not process online card payments or automatic checkout. An order is a request until we confirm it with you on WhatsApp, including price, availability and delivery. Payment methods (for example UPI or cash on delivery, where offered) are agreed in chat. Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
5. Delivery
We deliver in selected areas of Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and nearby zones as communicated on the site and in chat. Delivery times and fees are estimates until confirmed for your address. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the agreed address, subject to our Replacement & Refund Policy for transit damage or wrong items.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the site or our chat for unlawful purposes, to harass staff, to order for minors, or to misuse content or trademarks.
7. Intellectual property
Site content, branding and layout are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit (including certain consumer rights for defective goods).
9. Third-party services
WhatsApp, payment apps and hosting providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or actions on those platforms beyond our control.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and the website at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
