This policy explains how Vape Delivery Mumbai delivers orders placed via WhatsApp after confirmation on our website catalogue.
1. Service area
We deliver within selected areas of Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and nearby localities (including Andheri, Versova, Bandra, Powai and others listed on our delivery zones). If your pin code is outside our coverage, we will tell you in the chat before you confirm the order.
2. No automatic dispatch from the website
Adding products on the website does not ship an order. You must message us on WhatsApp. We confirm stock, price, delivery window and fee with you before the order is final.
3. Delivery times
Times shown on the site (for example same-day or 1–2 hours in some zones) are indicative only and depend on:
• Your area and traffic
• Order confirmation time
• Product availability
• Weather and operational conditions
The delivery window that applies to your order is the one we confirm in WhatsApp.
4. Delivery fees
Delivery fees vary by area and order value. Any fee is stated and agreed in the chat before you confirm. There is no hidden website checkout fee because payment is not taken on the site.
5. Age verification at delivery
Recipient must be of legal age. We may request photo ID at delivery. If age cannot be verified, we may not hand over the order.
6. Someone available to receive
Please ensure someone of legal age is available at the address. Failed delivery due to wrong address, unreachable phone, or failed age check may require rescheduling; extra charges may apply if confirmed with you.
7. Delays
We will inform you on WhatsApp if a significant delay occurs. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (severe weather, road closures, etc.), but we will work with you to complete delivery or agree a fair alternative.
8. Issues with delivery
If the package is damaged on arrival or the item is wrong or missing, see our Replacement & Refund Policy and contact us within 24 hours with photos.
